A corny martial arts song parody, and a pretty good workout too!

On the first day of Kicksmas my Sensei said to me:
A strong punch in a horse stance

On the second day of Kicksmas my Sensei said to me:
Two squat jumps, and
A strong punch in a horse stance

On the third day of Kicksmas my Sensei said to me:
Three front kicks
Two squat jumps, and
A strong punch in a horse stance

On the fourth day of Kicksmas my Sensei said to me:
Four downward blocks
Three front kicks
Two squat jumps, and
A strong punch in a horse stance

On the fifth day of Kicksmas my Sensei said to me:
Five slow-mo kicks
Four downward blocks
Three front kicks
Two squat jumps, and
A strong punch in a horse stance

On the sixth day of Kicksmas my Sensei said to me:
Six push ups pushing
Five slow-mo kicks
Four downward blocks
Three front kicks
Two squat jumps, and
A strong punch in a horse stance

On the seventh day of Kicksmas my Sensei said to me:
Seven abs a crunching
Six push ups pushing
Five slow-mo kicks
Four downward blocks
Three front kicks
Two squat jumps, and
A strong punch in a horse stance

On the eighth day of Kicksmas my Sensei said to me:
Eight blocks a rising
Seven abs a crunching
Six push ups pushing
Five slow-mo kicks
Four downward blocks
Three front kicks
Two squat jumps, and
A strong punch in a horse stance

On the ninth day of Kicksmas my Sensei said to me:
Nine knife hands striking
Eight blocks a rising
Seven abs a crunching
Six push ups pushing
Five slow-mo kicks
Four downward blocks
Three front kicks
Two squat and jumps, and
A strong punch in a horse stance

On the tenth day of Kicksmas my Sensei said to me:
Ten reverse punches
Nine knife hands striking
Eight blocks a rising
Seven abs a crunching
Six push ups pushing
Five slow-mo kicks
Four downward blocks
Three front kicks
Two squat jumps, and
A strong punch in a horse stance

On the eleventh day of Kicksmas my Sensei said to me:
Eleven side kicks spinning
Ten reverse punches
Nine knife hands striking
Eight blocks a rising
Seven abs a crunching
Six push ups pushing
Five slow-mo kicks
Four downward blocks
Three front kicks
Two squat jumps, and
A strong punch in a horse stance

On the twelfth day of Kicksmas my Sensei said to me:
Twelve jump kicks flying
Eleven side kicks spinning
Ten reverse punches
Nine knife hands striking
Eight blocks a rising
Seven abs a crunching
Six push ups pushing
Five slow-mo kicks
Four downward blocks
Three front kicks
Two squat and jumps, and
A strong punch in a horse stance
